Children and Young People's Partnership Forum

The Children and Young People's Forum is a diverse range of organisations from the public, private, voluntary and community sector. It is committed to improving the health and wellbeing of children and young people in Tameside. Its membership includes practitioners and managers from partner organisations, and is open to teachers and school staff too.

The aim of the forum is to give children, young people and their families the means to access a healthier and happier future for themselves. Tameside Public Health and the School Health Service are joining forces with the forum to provide simple information and education on matters that make a real difference to the health of those aged 5-25.

The current health and wellbeing outcomes for our children and young people in Tameside are shocking but importantly emphasise the importance of prevention and early intervention.
